Who will deliver my gas?

Your current utility company will use its existing pipes and equipment to deliver the gas.  Therefore, you will continue to receive the same service and reliability that you are used to receiving.

Who will handle emergencies?

If you smell gas or have an emergency, you will still call your current utility company. They will be there to help you as always.

How will I be billed?

You will receive a single bill from the utility company as you have always. 

Are there any enrollment, cancellation or switching fees?

There are no cancellation fees.

How do I enroll?

Enrolling with the Customer Choice Program is easy.  Please be sure to have a copy of any previous bill and simply click ENROLL NOW.  If you prefer to have an Energy Professional help you simply call 248-335-4555.
